Injection Moulding Tool

In this brief we were challenged to design both a bike tyre lever and the mould tool in which it would be made.

I learnt a lot about the processes involved in injection moulding and the constraints that had to be met in order for a part to be successful.

The mould tool had to be in as much detail as possible even including contoured ejector pins, sprues and gates.
